DAILY ROUTINE FITNESS: Tuesday March 28 2023

Movement, Nutrition, 8 Minute Navy Seals Power Naps

Morning: Did dishes

BREAKFAST: Medium bowl of white beans, rice, veges. Ingredients: in spoonful of coconut oil, sauteed peeled and chopped onion and garlic until browned. Then added white beans, some salt, string beans, cauliflower, squash and 3 small hot peppers. About 2 minutes later added some (Kamote) sweet potato tops greens, kan kung and some other local greens from our garden. All placed on top of brown rice and mixed a little.
